Job Title: Registered Nurse

Duration: 3 months

Job Location: Pittsfield, MA

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing physical examinations, and assisting with procedures

- Assess and monitor patient conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and changes in health status

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures

- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

Skills:

- Experience in senior care, assisted living, or memory care is preferred

- Proficient in conducting physical examinations and assessing patient conditions

- Knowledge of airway management techniques and ability to ventilate patients if necessary

- Competent in catheter care procedures

- Familiarity with ICD-9 coding system for accurate documentation and billing purposes

- Strong health coaching skills to promote patient education and self-care management

- In-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology to provide comprehensive care
